This blog has been inspired by my love of napping – and if you are reading this, hopefully you love naps too! Even if you don’t love this perfect pastime *gasp* there will be plenty here for you to enjoy that is not entirely to do with napping. It may come as a surprise to some of my friends and family, but there are other things that I do besides sleep on their couches. I also enjoy gardening, making things (right now it’s jam!), swimming, traveling, etc etc. And who knows, you might just find yourself liking naps more and more as you read about them!
